Technical Support Engineer I, TSA – Philippines
By joining us as a Technical Support Engineer I, you will undergo an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists.
Job Description:
Review the configuration datasheets and validate against customer requirements.
Perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit.
Analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models.
Evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements; and select appropriate model codes and service offerings.
Validate the Model Number in the business system or tools (Toolkit) such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes.
Provide product lead time based on system data.
Review the terms for any deviation from Emerson’s standard terms and conditions.
Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is an advantage.

Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
