Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Construction Coordinator to be based at the Bridgeview, Aberdeen office.
We are looking to recruit a Construction Coordinator who will be the onshore focal point for all offshore required assistance. They will be responsible for the induction and mobilisation of all personnel including vendors to the offshore facility. As well as collating and issuing reports of weekly progress and productivity via planning.

Job Description:
Ensuring onshore and offshore resource requirements for projects are planned in a timely manner
Ensuring onshore and offshore inductions are completed for all Construction project personnel and third-party vendors and project personnel
Ensuring quality assessments are maintained on offshore personnel
Writing Construction Execution Plan documents for client modification scopes
Ensuring certification process is implemented and followed
Inputting Construction Technical expertise to the Engineering process
Co-ordinating and managing all Construction sub-contractors on projects
Ensuring all project Plant and Equipment is maintained through the PEDs system and that correct certification is in place
Preparing, updating, and distributing the Action Tracker from daily morning call and progress actions as required
Checking and updating the project offshore POB tracker on a daily basis and distribute in conjunction with logistics on a weekly basis as a minimum
Ensuring all necessary mobilisation paperwork is in place
Assisting with the development of work-packs when required
Responding to any medevacs as required, ensuring concerned party receives the necessary treatment
Carrying out disciplinary investigation where required in conjunction with HR
Carrying out / assisting with incident investigations where required
