Supplier Performance Analyst – India

Job Description:

Supplier Performance (SP) Analyst is responsible for execution of the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) processes
The SP Analyst makes sure that the necessary performance of suppliers are captured in the Supplier Intelligence Platform (SIP)
The SPM Analyst will support in development, maintenance and distribution of SPM analytics used to interpret feedback results internally within and external to EM
The SPM Analyst will interface with the other Global Sourcing Analysts, Procurement leads / advisors, Category Managers & other stakeholders to identify opportunity areas and to manage the continuous improvement of SP intelligence
The SP Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that feedback contributors (both internal and external to ExxonMobil) provide timely and appropriate feedback

Job Responsibilities:

Identify & create new opportunities area for SPM process implementation
Seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data collection, and leverage technology for improved efficiency
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Utilize data analysis tools and interpretation skills to derive meaningful insights from SPM data
Gather and consolidate supplier performance data from Leads/ Advisors/Managers of Project, Procurement & Technical functions
Review and accept feedback into Supplier Intelligence Platform (SIP)
Collaborate with Category Managers for updated performance of SRM suppliers
Manage feedback requests received from stakeholders
Present SPM related findings and recommendations to management, procurement teams, and cross-functional departments.
Continuously evaluate and enhance supplier performance management processes, tools, and methodologies
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in supplier performance management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement or Supplier Performance Management
Preferred experience in the Manufacturing industry (Preferably Oil & Gas, Power, EPC)
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities including pattern detection, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Able to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment and adjust to multiple priorities and timelines
Effective presentation, communication, interpersonal and planning skills
Effectively collaborate & influence global stakeholders
Ability to network across Up, Downstream and Procurement organizations, influencing without authority
Ability to work across all equipment and materials technical disciplines
Ability to identify and drive work process updates to improve effectiveness in capturing business value
General knowledge of:
Project practices as it relates to procurement via EPCs
Procurement and sourcing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

Operation Analyst – China

Job Description :

Responsible for Plant performance stewardship, monthly data analysis and provide insights on operations performance. For instance, monthly OPEX report/ Headcount/efficiencies analysis.
Leading plant annual P&B process and Manufacturing Cost Allocation Tool (MCAT) refresh per required timeline
Take leading on plant Documentation/Information management with timely deliver expectation/requirement to operation personnel to ensure company OIMS 4.1 system are fully implemented.
As RMG local contact, to ensure RMG guideline are fully implemented and adopted by plant( RMG: record management guideline).
As Project Budget coordinator, timely release budget for approved project in SAP system per request.
Responsible for Plant Level report update, for example organization chart, overview deck
Other tasks assigned by plant management

Provide engineering expertise and support on Instrumentation for safe and reliable operations, maintenance work and projects for Singapore Manufacturing Complex (Singapore Chemical Plant and Singapore Refinery).
Prepare engineering assessments and engineering designs, conduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis for Instrumentation related issues such as field instruments, control valves and programmable logic controllers.
Develop engineering solutions to address and rectify issues.
Manage long term equipment improvement initiatives for instruments fleet.
Provide technical training related to Instrumentation as required.

Qualifications:

A good bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome.
Sound knowledge in equipment engineering specifications and standards, as well as with industrial standards and local codes.
An effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
