Engineer I, Product & Systems Engineering

Understanding the system from both a customer and development perspective – including both HW and SW.
Act as an interface between the customer/marketing world and the technical development world.
Discovering and validating requirements.
Familiar with current multifunction capabilities.
Defining quantitative measures (e.g., performance and cost criteria).
Assess and Manage project risk.
Integration of system components.
Project Management.
Problem-Solving at system and module levels.
Identification and resolution of critical program issues.

Understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

Post Sales Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Remote and on-site implementations of software and hardware.
Implement a solutions-based product platform that fits within the client’s scope and timeline.
Conduct end user onboarding training to show clients how to maximize our product platforms.
Working with a wide range of ancillary IT-related systems.
Troubleshooting of currently deployed solutions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems with deployed systems.
Working within a tenured team of industry veterans.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B support role preferred.
Entry level considerations with work experience.
Solid communication and presentation skills over-the-phone, in-person and written
Familiarity with Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems.
Flexibility to 10% local travel throughout the greater Seattle, WA area

Education / Certifications:

College educated with a focus on IT, MIS or Networking or equivalent work experience
Industry Certifications are a plus

Parts Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Day to day, this role will run the restock reports, pull parts for service technicians, and pull/analyze training stock requests as needed.
Review daily parts usage reports to accurately and promptly replenish individual service technicians’ parts levels
Ship and receive orders to / from UPS and FedEx
Maintain an effective “Parts Inventory” by adhering to established Xerox standards
Efficiently handle “walk up” and “call in” orders and refill daily pick-up bins
Process and track all COT part swaps, working with management
Purchase items as needed (when not filled by vendors)
Maintain a safe, neat and organized work area; will be required to sweep the floor and keep hands clean at all time
Must display a high standard of accuracy when performing data entry tasks
Properly package parts for shipment to service technicians; collect and promptly ship back to vendors warranted and other parts eligible for return credits
Assist with documentation and vendor notification of any receiving discrepancies, back-orders, and damaged items
Properly label all parts and re-stock bins; accurately establishes new Parts Bin locations and update location information on database
Update part hold status within the Dispatch system using established letter codes
Provide ETA to service technicians for any “out-of-norm” restocks or rush order requests
Process all drop ship supply orders, including PO placement and receipts
Participate in physical inventory on a quarterly basis

Qualification:

High school diploma or GED
Experience working with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous warehousing experience a plus!
General organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask various activities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to manage relationships with customers, vendors and employees within the company
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
