SUPPORT ANALYST with Italian – Europe

Job Description:

We are looking for a seeking graduate or professional to join one of our emerging, diverse and positive teams in Tenerife. In this role you will dedicate to various tasks and you will have the chance to develop your skills and career.

Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problems solving abilities.
Identify appropriate problem-resolution procedures using customer-specific information.
Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly.
Evaluate new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements.
Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated (Client) service group.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.
Availability to work in shifts: 7×24 (40 hours per week – 5 days per week).
Basic PC Skills.
Experience problem solving and investigating at pace while simultaneously engaging and updating business partners.
Excellent communications skills.
Strong Analytical skills and process understanding.

IT Service Measurement Specialist – Europe

Job Description:

Responsible for the data quality, development and timely distribution of reports.
Scope of reports – User Count related reports; processing data from different sources into a single MSSQL data base; transforming the data into a common view model
Work with service management process; ITIL knowledge is plus
Support existing and develop new reports in online reporting portal
Provide information about the report’s contents and calculation methodology
Monitor process alignment and propose changes in the design of the processes, where appropriate

Required:

Knowledge in MSSQL for data extraction and report preparation
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent English is a must
Analytical thinking
Good communication skills

Advantage

Performance Analytics or other Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, Pentaho etc.) knowledge
