Job Description:

Opportunities for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process or System Engineering graduates are available in our Infrastructure business unit, covering various sectors such as renewable energy, rail/metro systems, urban developments, airports, and highways.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in conceptual designs, studies, reports and proposals
Checking suppliers’ drawings and data for compliance with specifications
Ensuring technical submissions comply with the accepted format and design requirements
Providing technical engineering input on designs, documentation and provide appropriate responses
Assisting in detailed development of established design concepts for systems, structures and equipment
Coordinating assigned work with other technical personnel as directed
Assisting in development and verification of project control documents and status reports

Qualifications:

2024 University Graduate (UK) – Quality Engineer – UK

Job Responsibilities

Implement and sustain the quality core processes: continuous improvement, lessons learned, corrective action, and people based quality
Ensure that quality-related procedures and manuals conform to corporate/project quality assurance program/plan requirements
Participate in audits of engineering, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning for compliance to procedures and quality program/plan requirements
Participate in monitoring the implementation of the project quality program/plan, including the review of selected documents to assure applicable quality requirements are met
Assess project quality documentation and quality control inspection plans
Conduct qualitative and cognitive trending based on data from various issues management systems

Qualification:

Bachelors of Science degree in any discipline within Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university within twelve (12) months of graduation date

Numerically literate with MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint expertise to an intermediate level.

Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project job sites.

Assignment Conditions Specialist – India

Job Description:

The Assignment Conditions Specialist will be a part of HR People Operations, a global shared service. This role will be accountable for working with other HR groups (immigration, international tax, global mobility) and the business to assess, develop, and maintain assignment conditions (e.g., assignment compensation, relocation expenses, work schedules) for various Projects and Office locations. This position reports to the Assignment Conditions Supervisor and will be on an evening shift for coordination with customers in the USA.

Qualifications:

Degree in human resources or related field and 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or 5-6 years of related experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible hours and evening shift (e.g., 1pm to 9:30pm) to accommodate with team in the USA
Experience in global mobility, international tax, or immigration
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Excellent automation skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Experience with SAP reporting
Strong systematic and written communications skills
Ability to assess data and identify trends

The Business Administration Apprentice will work within a friendly and supportive team to develop a range of business administration skills, including:

Job Responsibilities:

Through the apprenticeship, with relevant training and development, you will support the wider Project team with a wide variety of tasks, including:
