Travel & Procurement Trainee – Europe

Job Description:

You will join Milan Travel & Procurement team, providing administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the team, on all topics related to Travel and Procurement functions. You will work closely with senior colleagues, under the supervision of Travel & Procurement Senior Manager and cooperating with other corporate functions (e.g. Legal Team, Compliance) and external stakeholders (business travel agencies).

Job Requirement:

Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, monitoring and making analysis on several topics like top spenders, expenses breakdown, expenses reports;
Supporting logistic coordination and management for new business projects, identifying potential development areas, saving or optimization opportunities;
Managing multi-line invoices, monitoring correct case codes towards missing and/or incorrect ones;
Monitoring the suppliers’ engagement on customer projects and compliance checks;
Supporting the migration process to the new procurement global tool, cooperating with an outsourced team, showing an analytical and critical approach;
Supporting several new and ongoing projects related to Travel & Procurement.

Qualification:

University degree (BSc or MSc) completed or ongoing in Management Engineering, Economics
Good proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, with hands-on experience in Excel;
Strong analytical mindset;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English (C1);
Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;

Analyst Team Trainee- Czech Republic

Job Description:

As an Analyst Team Trainee you will form an integral part of our Prague Knowledge Team and you will conduct research on multi-industry topics to support proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives. You will:
Work with case teams on research tasks and deliver original analysis and insights.
Provide thought partnership and expert source know-how to case & topic/sector teams.
Share topic/sector insights and points of view more broadly within the firm.
Contribute to BCG’s growing knowledge base.

Knowledge Trainee – Building Materials

We are seeking a strong candidate with a passion for building materials industry topics to fill a trainee temporary position within BCG’s Industrial Goods – Knowledge Team Practice Area.

You will work in a growing global team and with guidance from senior colleagues, you will start providing analysis and information along all industry topics as well as on developing BCG’s intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will grow our knowledge base and gain industry expertise.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with the Knowledge Team to identify and address critical knowledge needs
Reviewing knowledge products, ensuring that they are current and relevant, and updating them when appropriate
Building and updating new topic-/sector-related customized knowledge products (proprietary databases, primers, greenhorn guides & tools)
Actively managing and maintaining credentials and knowledge management site content
Contributing to content development around the building materials topic

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree obtained in the last 3 years maximum
High academic achievements ideally at the intersection of business/economics and building materials relevant subjects (e.g. architecture, construction, civil engineering)

Marketing Trainee – Industrial Goods

The Marketing Trainee will work closely with Global Industrial Goods (IG) Practice Area Marketing team and report to the IG Marketing Director. The IG Marketing team drives all core marketing & communication domains, including editorial strategy and content development, branding and positioning, seat-at-the-table and event execution, amplification of key priority topics and experts across external and internal channels.
