Qualification:

Business Transformation Services – Associate – United States of America

Job Description:

Manage project roadmap that documents key milestones, timeline, and areas of risk across a given portfolio
Develop senior management program dashboards that articulate project status and timeline
Manage multiple projects and workstreams in parallel
Create meeting agendas, drive discussions and solutions along with capturing notes
Provide transparency to stakeholders into progress towards project goals
Ensure delivery of key project artifacts and deliverables
Liaise with product owners and legal, risk and control partners on review and approval of content impacting a project
Document senior management meeting minutes and replay back to audience
Enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project
Partner with technology project managers to gain commitment on project milestones
Develop strong partnerships with business and technology teams to drive successful project execution

Qualification:

BS/BA degree required. Advanced degrees a plus.
A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience with process improvement, business analysis, product management and/or project management
Professional experience in the financial services industry, Wealth Management, FinTech, or management consulting

Proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives
Proven experience developing partnerships with and successfully coordinating across various Business, Technology, Operations and Control partners and stakeholders
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams where there is no direct reporting chain
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
Strong presentation skills, including ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements
Familiar with SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology
Experience working with cross functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and SharePoint
Experience in Operations and knowledge of call centers/IVR/telephony a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $87,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
