Job Description:
University graduates with a Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent, showing a keen interest in banking and finance.
Willingness to undertake overseas assignments as part of the rotational position.
Knowledge and interest in project finance. Prior internship experience or 1-2 years in finance-related roles would be advantageous.
Characteristics include logical thinking, analytical skills, a self-learning attitude, and a forward-thinking problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently, taking ownership of challenges, and a desire to drive and lead change.
Collaboration skills, along with a convincing and motivating personality for finding innovative solutions.
Strong social and communication skills in English, prior project work experience, intercultural exposure, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics, reflecting a growth mindset for ongoing learning and skills development.

Graduate Engineer – UK , Europe
Begin your graduate journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate development programme.
We will create an individual training plan to help you to develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role.
By The end of it you will be set up with the best knowledge to equip you for your professional career within Siemens.
Assist in delivering project engineering work-packages.
Develop knowledge and skills in the preparation of engineering plans, delivery programmes, specifications and system design to ensure these are delivered to time, quality, and cost parameters.
Build a working knowledge of our products, systems and strategies for implementation.
Prepare and maintain team resource schedules to identify resource utilization and work with the Principal Project Engineer to maximize resource utilization and efficiency.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement of project engineering by identifying efficiencies in construction and delivery while promoting engineering excellence, through the adoption of new processes, tools and methods of working.
Carry out work placements in specified technical and non-technical business functions.
Attend and participate in continuous professional development events to work towards Incorporated and Chartered Engineer status.
You will achieved or be predicted to achieve a degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a Computer Science related subject.
