Power Automate – Analyst/Sr. Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations

Incorporate security requirements into design

Provide daily administration and support of applications within the ITS applications environment

Create technical documentation and contribute towards requirements design and estimation

Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability while resolving complex technical design issues

Provide on-going support to business and content teams managing HTML sites

Troubleshoot complex errors and problems reported by QA, product owners, content owners, and end users while documenting how to resolve issues

Help with the administration of Active Directory groups, membership of groups, and association of the groups with content and applications

Collaboratively work with product owners to integrate applications with Deloitte Canada portals and websites

Provision new Wikis, Blogs, team sites, collaboration sites, and publishing sites

Support application migrations of existing portals and sites

Prototype pages, sites, and workflows within Solutions Delivery environments

Configure workflow for Dev, QA, & Production environments

Participate in deployment & configuration of third-party tools

Perform system integration testing and analyze / report the results to pertinent teams

Identify / troubleshoot application code-related issues (provide 3rd level production support / issue resolution)

Review and provide feedback to the final user documentation

Adhere to technology disaster recovery procedures

Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives

Work with Delivery Support to promote initiatives across Solutions Delivery

Experience: 1 – 3 years and 3 – 6 years

Qualifications:

A University degree
A strong commitment to professional client service excellence

Analyst – Digital (Web Publishing & Marketing Automation) –

Come join our team of digital marketers. These professionals play a significant role in creating and updating content on Deloitte external website pages and design pages using HTML and CSS. We also support a range of firm-wide events. The team works closely with the business to plan, manage and execute prominent virtual and live campaigns. The team also works on Multiple channels with various stakeholders formulating the process, creation and delivery which are shared with a broad spectrum of clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 0 to 2 years’ experience in Content Publishing, Email Marketing, Campaign Management
Advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop is a must
Technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems
Working experience of CRM platforms like (Salesforce, MS-Dynamics);
Exposure to any email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.)

Preferred:

Analyst – Central Booking Desk – USI LSC – Enabling Areas

As an Analyst, you will be aligned to the following responsibilities:

· Arrange all room booking requirements using relevant software.

· Recording all additional service requirements i.e. catering and audiovisual needs.

· To arrange all video conferences in using the relevant software.

· Work to SLAs and KPIs.

· Deliver an employee focused approach by providing high quality first line advice and guidance on a wide range of Central Booking Desk written queries covering the whole range of Central Booking Desk services provided to Deloitte employees and partners.

· Resolve queries requiring clarification of policy and procedures relation to Central Booking Desk.

· Appropriately guide management and employees through the Central Booking Desk intranet and coach them through the process to allow them to answer their queries.

· Record details of incoming general queries tracking through to closure.

Qualification:

To be a part of central booking desk team, experience in Hospitality or Events management is required and hands- on with Microsoft Office tools is essential.

Will be closely working with UK team and deliver service to Europe region primarily

Experience: 1-3 years Previous reception/bookings experience preferred

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure.
