Product Marketing Graduate Rotation Program

Location: Limerick Hybrid / Dublin Hybrid

Job Description:

This role gives you a unique opportunity to experience many of the 4 P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion & Place) in a dynamic technology marketing environment.

During the 3 year duration of this rotation program, you will get to spend 1 year in 3 of the following areas: Product Line Management (Systems), Product Line Management (Client Peripherals), Pricing, Merchandising, and Product, Planning.

Once the 3-year program completes, you will move to a dedicated position within the Product Marketing team utilising the rich experience that you have gained during the first 3 years.

Planning:

Partners with segment marketing teams, global operations, product management groups, CRM and finance organisations to build product family demand plans that support segment P&L.

Develops marketing plans and activities for specific products and segments to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Manages new product transition to minimize supply shortages and Excess & Obsolescence (E&O).

Product Line Management:

Responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and objectives.

Evaluates and adjusts product marketing strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Identifies and communicates customer value proposition and maintains relationships with sales, product partners, and third-party vendors. Provides inputs to product development based on client needs.

Pricing:

Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.

Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis. Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction

Merchandising:

Drives the vision and strategy of assigned product line(s) and manages the product throughout its lifecycle. Translates business strategies into product strategies assortments and product specifications that deliver against both our core customer needs and our company strategic and financial goals.

Essential Requirements:

Full time level 7 or above, graduating in 2023/2024 with a Marketing, Economics, Business background,

Strong communication & interpersonal skills,

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,

Self-starter.

Must be organized and able to prioritise and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
