Analyst – Content Publishing – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Location: Hyderabad
Deloitte Global seeks an Analyst with experience in digital marketing, content publishing & optimization, to assist with a long-term project delivering a major global website redesign, migration, and strategy initiative.
Job responsibilities:
Working with a team of content authors and publishers, create and migrate digital content, including assets, imagery, and web pages for Deloitte.com
Collect and organize requirements from local country digital stakeholders across the Deloitte network
Support relationships with these teams by answering questions and providing guidance on content strategy
Content Management & Optimization – Understand metatags, page description, keywords
Utilize digital automation technologies to efficiently migrate platform digital content
Review pages with local country digital teams and leadership teams
Track progress and report feedback to Content Migration Team Manager
Complete training on new and existing digital products and technologies
Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed and share best practices on community calls, resource sites, and other forums.
Short- and long-term projects like site audits, new technology testing etc.
Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
Job Requirement:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think under pressure
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and work to meet deadlines
Clearly expresses thoughts, ideas and expectations (including reverse briefing and debriefing processes)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Holds oneself to high personal standards with a great attention to detail
Be a pro-active/flexible team player who is always willing to assist others and shares inspiration and design trends
Understands the value of good relationships.
Qualifications:
B.Tech, BA or BS, MBA or equivalent
1 -3 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
Strong communications skills – excellent writing and editing skills
Intermediate HTML, CSS, JS skills & SEO
Experience with web content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
Familiarity with enterprise workflow management software (e.g., Adobe Workfront)
Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
