Job Description:

Understand the functioning of the engagement tools

Work with the EY tax teams and understand their current data requirements and fulfill their data needs

Good communication skills to conduct trainings and process demos

Work on documenting the current process from the EY tax teams with process maps with details at Level 5

Publishing weekly reports to the leadership displaying the progress of the project

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of integrated risk management solutions such as, Archer and ServiceNow.

Support the analysis of client risk management requirements and contribute to the development of technical solutions.

Participate in the configuration and testing of IRM tools to support risk assessment and reporting processes.

Help organize and conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on the use of IRM systems.

Global Mobility – Expatriate Tax, Associate – US

Job Description:

EY is currently seeking a Tax Associate to join our Partnership Expatriate tax team. At EY, our Partnership Expatriate tax professionals assist in managing employer and individual income tax obligations for our EY Partners working abroad and inbound.

As a Global Mobility Tax Associate in Partnership tax, you will be responsible for preparing and filing individual income tax returns for Expatriate and Inpatriate partners.

You will assist with preparing extension calculations, quarterly estimates for payment and coordinating to facilitate payments sent to the relevant tax authorities.

You may also perform general accounting activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Qualification:

Working knowledge of tax and accounting principles and Microsoft Office software

English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication

A positive attitude and approach, with a willingness to accept new challenges, and flexibility and acceptance of change

Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality work, with a desire to team with others, and help create a positive work environment

Approximately 1-3 years of individual income tax experience (federal, state, and local tax returns).

Associates degree or equivalent tax work experience

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills including an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
