Job Responsibilities
– Track and respond to internal customer queries
– Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
– Collaborate with other teams in problem solving, enhancement initiatives and projects
Expected:
– Graduated or attending University (various degrees)
– Language requirements: English AND Italian or German
