Early Career Trainee – FLIGHT DECK – Dubai/ UAE
In this role the person will have the opportunity to learn about FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and its application with internal and external processes (such as Daily & Visual Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Operating Cadences, etc).
Job Description:
The person will be learning about FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and its business application.
Support coordination of FLIGTH DECK activities and projects mainly for external customer but can support/coach internal GE teams as secondary scope.
Involvement on internal logistics, prep work, Co-Facilitate and oversee sustainment on Customer
Kaizen to achieve process improvements and enhance relevant KPI: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
Implementation of Customer Success Portal to help consolidate best practices sharing among regions.
Provide support and learn from Lean Leaders of Customer Success Team on their operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
Recent Graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry.

EDC Edison Engineering Development Programme – 2025 – Europe
The Edison Engineering Development Programme is a genuinely collaborative environment, with a committed team ethos, and a highly supportive professional and social community.
Programme include:
Three technical rotations, which could include Systems and Software Engineering, within projects driven by real GE Aerospace Defense and Systems business priorities.
Development of Engineering Competencies towards Professional Registration (IEng and CEng) through the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Job Description:
Help invent the future of flight, lift people up, and bring them home safely as a GE Aerospace intern/co-op!
You’ll build leadership and technical skills in a supply chain/manufacturing role, working on challenging, real-world problems and solve for what the world needs.
You will build relationships with interns/co-ops and leaders, and you’ll prepare for a potential full-time position after graduation in one of our fantastic leadership programs or direct hire opportunity.
Manufacturing Engineering Description:
In this role you will build a strong technical foundation in manufacturing and assembly processes. This may include key manufacturing, new product integration, new technology integration, continuous improvement, and cost out. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in our MEDP or OMLP program after graduation.
Supply Chain Operations Description:
In this role you will be responsible for key elements involved in the daily operations within Supply Chain. This may include materials management (forecasting, planning, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution) and sourcing (strategic commodity management, contract structuring, negotiation, supplier management) within your assigned site. Staff Engineer – Environmental Barrier Coatings – US
As a Coatings Staff Engineer/Technologist, you will work in the Coatings development and industrialization lab leading projects focused on the development, optimization, and industrialization of coatings manufacturing processes for current and future engine programs. This is a hands-on role that will require you to collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to impact short-term and long-term business goals.
Qualifications:

Manufacturing Associate- Bench Hand- 2nd Shift
Job Description:
Operate Punch Press, Welder Machine Resist (Spot Weld), Bench and Milling Machine Electro (EDM) Machines
Work with types of materials involved such as castings, forgings
Work to established Lean Manufacturing guidelines involving one-piece flow, standard work, 6S, set-up reduction and wet process lines
Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure safe and efficient work areas, including cleaning chips from around machine and keeping coolant / machine fluids off shop floor and maintaining organization of work area to established standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Graduate of a Vocational High School (Or graduate of other equivalent manufacturing program) OR minimum of 6 months of machining experience with Lathes and / or Mills, Punch Press, Bench,
Spot Weld Machines and EDM Machines
Demonstrate experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical aptitude
Blueprint reading, work instructions such as quality sheets, and inspection reports require the ability to read and write in English
