Junior Manager – Terminal Operations
To supervise and monitor terminal operations activity of GNIAL like, allocation of resources and other activities while meeting / achieving established SOPs in specified area and ensuring regulatory compliance at airport terminal in delivering ultimate customer satisfaction.
To coordinate and provide operational support to Terminal Manager in Check-in, Security Hold Area (SHA), Arrivals & Reclaim area, internal and external stakeholders, government agencies for meeting any contingencies and smooth functioning of GNIAL.
Conduct regular check on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for ensuring excellent passenger service in the respected areas.
Preparation of reports based on daily operations, used as statistics for passenger service level improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from reputed university preferably MBA

Jr. Executive – Permits
Executive Permits (ADP) will be responsible primarily for scrutinizing application forms and documents submitted by agencies for the issuance of new Airside Driving Permits and their renewal after feeding required data in ADAPT software. He is also responsible for reconciliation and submission of amount received for issuance of Airside Vehicle Permit / Airside Driving Permits and penalties received against airside violation to DIAL Finance.
Scrutinizing ADP Application and relevant documents
Develop and implement traceable record management on ADP DIAL folder on public server and on Hard copy, as applicable
Issuance of driving permits only after scrutiny of required documents and receipt of fee as per SOP & management approval (as applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation
Aviation Experience 2-3 years (preferably)
Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders
Must be able to work on Excel and Word.
