Job Description:
The Engineer is responsible for supporting key design initiatives across the electric power industry with a focus on design integration of electrical systems/instrumentation and control hardware for gas turbine, generator systems.
The candidate will ensure execution excellence across a portfolio of NPI, Services, ITR, PCO and CM&U programs and projects – delivering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, issuing customer resolutions on defects, failures of critical systems.
In this role, the candidate will provide technical results to ensure project/program success, driving quality in electrical design and product/system compliance.
This role provides an opportunity to utilize innovative engineering solutions to meet the business decarbonization goals and align to the latest codes and standards in industry, for Aeroderivative gas turbines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college and university OR a high school diploma/ GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
0-2 years of engineering experience.
