Associate Finance Analyst
As an Associate Finance Analyst, your work, whether it’s driving projects forward or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. You will focus on the details and assist your team to find creative ways to take on big picture challenges. You’ll liaise between the Finance team with the functional areas it supports.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, mathematics, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
Currently in your final year of Bachelor’s program.
Preferred qualifications:
Coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., finance, business administration, accounting, mathematics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Familiarity in data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python or R.
Familiarity with finance and accounting processes.
Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Use big data to architect metrics, solve problems, and influence executive decision-making.
Develop new tools in order to drive salable analysis and insight.
Lead decision-making on investment strategies for products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, and drive visibility into business performance and resource planning decisions. Manage the team’s financial reporting, including development and maintenance of datasets and dashboards.
