Strategic Finance Analyst, FP&A, MBA Graduate
Job Description:
Roles are available across FP&A teams in Google Cloud Finance, Ads Finance, and Hardware Finance.
Responsibilities
Use Google’s big data and creativity to architect metrics, report on the health of business, and analyze future opportunities.
Partner with Business leadership to establish vision for the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue growth strategies.
Google MBA University Graduates are given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to give a meaningful contribution to their teams. Specific responsibilities are assigned upon team match.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Currently in your final year of an MBA program.
2-8 years of relevant work experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, financial planning, forecasting, or modeling.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to take initiative and work independently in an unstructured, fast-changing environment. Ability to comfortably handle ambiguity and make decisions.
Effective problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, strategic thinking.
Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
Effective partnership and influencing skills during daily interactions with senior leaders in Sales, Finance, and Strategy and Operations teams.
