Billing Specialist – Europe

Job Responsibilities:

Work as a member of the Czech & Slovakia Order to Cash team responsible for customer contracts and related billing activities
Set up new contracts and contract modifications into the SAP system, based on the signed contract received
Ensure all invoices are issued on time based on the billing plan in the contract
Ensure all invoices and credit notes are issued accurate and in line with Xerox and local legal policy
Collection data for billing from specific groups of customers (via email and phone)
Handling claims and requests from customers
Participate in a culture of continuous improvement to ensure Xerox processes maximize customer satisfaction while operating as efficiently as possible
Respect Xerox policy and procedure, ensuring compliance with Internal Controls and conformance with ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Finance/accounting high school-related graduate

2nd Line Technical Service Desk Analyst (Client Aligned) – United Kingdom

The Technical Service Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in contributing and evolving our client’s experience of the overall IT Service, by being the first point of contact for all IT Support related queries.

Provide level 1 & 2 support for key incidents and issues
Maintain existing ticket details.
Keep the end user up to date on the progress of their ticket.
Perform troubleshooting & root cause analysis documentation.
Proactively look to develop existing solutions to improve resiliency, availability, and performance. Ensure that applications are patched and maintained in accordance with the clients & Xerox’s expectations.

Purpose:
Xerox Financial Services (‘XFS’) is a global leasing solutions business embedded within Xerox Corp. providing financing solutions in technology, office equipment and adjacent markets. XFS is a data-driven organization leveraging Data, Machine Learning and AI to provide seamless Leasing experience to its customers and partners. The Risk Analytics Analyst will support XFS’s Digital strategy by providing data, analytics and reporting expertise within the Xerox Risk Organization. He/She is responsible for leveraging data throughout the credit lifecycle to identify Risks/opportunities, support informed business decisions and enhance Risk systems. Primary focus is EMEA.

Job Responsibilities :

Extract and process large datasets from central databases/repositories to support Risk analytics work & reporting using SAS, Python and the Microsoft Office suite.
Coordinate and partner with other team members to deliver high value analytics based on business requirements.
Develop, monitor and optimize auto-decisioning systems (including credit scoring models).
Provide Analytic support on key company initiatives including partnership with PEAC.
