US Sales & Use Tax Analyst – USA
Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation and filing of sales/use tax returns, and other miscellaneous compliance filings.
• Assist in the administration of state sales/use tax audits which includes the compilation of required reports and records, reviewing sampling methodology for fairness, reviewing audit workpapers and schedules for mistakes, and providing documentation and technical authority to support adjustments or needed corrections.
• Analyze purchases and prepare exemption certificates issued to suppliers and review untaxed purchases to determine if tax accruals are necessary
• Assist in the performance and review of special projects assigned by tax department.
• Provide analytical support and assistance to the sales tax group with respect to all areas of sales/use tax compliance.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
• 1-2 years of experience in tax and accounting with some knowledge of sales and use tax
• Proficient in Excel – including using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, creating If/then
Formulas.
• SAP & Tax Software Experience, a plus
• Analytical, detail oriented and organized

Job Description:
Implementing standard changes to the environment,
Manage incident and problem and management of system performance, capacity etc.
Analyze system logs, events, and monitoring alerts,
Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group,
Basic administration & fixing of operating systems, custom applications, and tools,
Qualification:
At least 1 year of experience in area of network service in a complex corporate environment
Necessary: CCNP technical ability and experience (certification is a plus).
Knowledge of key networking protocols: TCP, UDP, ICMP, SNMP
Fluent English (at least B2 level).
Good interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
