Job Description:
To be responsible for accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, validation of data and perform quality review and process fulfillment ensuring client requirement are met.
To maintain company safeguards to protect confidential client information, identify and communicate erroneous, inaccurate, and or or inefficient out put or processes to leadership and participate in problem resolutions.
To perform data entry function such as key in alpha or numeric or symbolic data from source documents into various software programs, ensure correctness and completeness of all outgoing material.
To perform quality review of completed material(self or peer’s), prepare outgoing material and billing invoice for mail or postage processing and prepare and submit electronic reports for total completed or rejected output.
Qualification : BA, BSc – Bachelor of Arts and Science
