Experience: Freshers (2017 &2018 Batch)
Monitor External Email Communication from various business lines to end clients.
Build an inventory of the type of attachments that are being sent out.
Assist in error free relay of External Communications.
Highlighting any issues to the Internal Teams and following up till closure.
Following the Communication Checklist and periodically updating the same.
Working Collaboratively within the Team to manage the volume.
