Job Responsibilities:

Works under moderate supervision; acquires and applies maturing knowledge of the business, its products, and processes.

Evaluate and verify applications determining whether borrower will be able to repay the loan by performing a detailed income verification (Income Verification and analysis)

Job Responsibilities :

Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer s end users Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
