Job Responsibilities:
- Perform order and sometimes technical components of the order to ensure Customers’ network and site readiness is in line with the services being ordered
- Complete the system-driven Network circuit design such as equipment port slotting and mapping and updating records in the corresponding inventory and provisioning systems
- Address order automation fallout including verification & approve correct system-built network design, Automated Service Request and/or other subtending orders
- Track, manage, and resolve all Third-Party Access Provider related activities, milestones, & escalations
- Build closer working relationships with Third-Party Access Providers through daily interactions
- Ensure all exceptions/issues are documented, corrected/resolved in a timely manner to ensure the order is completed by the Customer Due Date (CDD)
- Track, manage, and drive all components needed for network readiness
- Provide performance input to enable client conduct carrier performance management reviews.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Telecommunications and familiar with working with Telcos – Fixed Line
- Good command over English language/good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking Infrastructure – Hubs, Switches, Routers (mainly Layer 1 & 2 devices)
- Very good with Task management:
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to follow instructions and logical tasks
- Ability to remember and organize follow-up tasks
- Ability to Document tasks and actions for order reviews and updates
- Ability to coordinate with others in ensuring task completion
- Excellent computer system proficiency skills with working & navigating across multiple applications
- Minimum experience of working in an International Telecoms experience of 1 year
