Connectivity Solution Technical Marketing Engineer

Job Description:
• Be the voice and advocate for product quality for installed base and new product releases
• Perform root cause analysis and/or create specific recommendations and action plans to reduce defects and improve product quality and customer experience
• Provide insights to improve our products (current and future) and solution
• Collaborate with R & D and SIV to develop and review test plan for product qualification
• Work with cross-functional partners in R & D, Customer support, Marketing and/or Design to identify and improve the solutions in the areas identified
• Write technical white papers, customer documentation and conduct training
Qualification:
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 0-5 years of professional work experience in technical marketing, software QA or engineering
• Knowledge in wireless technology including 802.11, and Bluetooth
• Strategic thinker and problem-solving skills to assess, analyze, debug, troubleshoot and drive issue resolution
• Familiarity/experience in product development including SW/App desired
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
