Job Description:
Responds to abnormal conditions as identified in the written instructions agreed upon with the Customer and/or Branch for each specific building.
Maintains GSRC set standards in communication skills and knowledge base of Customer relations (Customers/Branch Personnel).
Displays a work ethic that is Customer and peer oriented.“Team player” whose most important skill is fulfilling the Customers’ requirements.
Utilizes all resources available to handle and resolve Customer requests and inquiries.
Performs some detailed program changes for all controllers supported by the GSRC (i.e.,holiday/permanent schedules, custom code changes, equipment trending, limit changes, off sets, etc.) following existing NABSC guidelines and procedures.
Performs moderately difficult program analysis.
Acts as resource for BSC Reps in resolving some moderately difficult issues.
Checks internal reports for accuracy, quality of content, and conformance to established NABSC policies and procedures.
Familiar with those customers having special requirements and utilizes all resources to enforce.
Must be flexible in work scheduling, understanding that the GSRC is a 24/7 environment requiring coverage at all times.
Able to check out new jobs during monitoring commissioning process.
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned for the purpose of employee or team service delivery development.
Source of Supervision: Shift Leader, GSRC Team Leaders
Education & Experience:
Associates or Technical degree or experience preferred.
2 to 4 years experience in dispatching, help desk, or customer service environment.
1 to 2 years minimum experience as BSC Rep or 3-5 years experience in HVAC Monitoring environment.
