Trainee Engineering Tooling Tech – Apprentice
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that is technically minded to learn a skilled trade. The role will also involve some basic administration and computer work and initially the successful candidate will complete an NVQ level 2 and 3 in engineering before potentially progressing to area specific qualifications.
The successful candidates will join our dynamic Apprenticeship Scheme which is a four-year program within Engineering. You will gain a deep understanding of practices, methods and techniques that can be applied to the job. You will also learn the necessary skills to ensure you maintain the compliance to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures. Additionally, you will complete a full training roadmap of Honeywell Product Training, working with Honeywell’s leading European Trainer.
Skills & Experience?
You must have or be predicted the following GCSE or equivalent educational qualification:
· Minimum Grade B in Math
· A – C Grade in English and a
· A – C Grade in either a Science or Engineering related subject.
· You will demonstrate a passion for Engineering or Digital technologies, either through hobbies or your educational choices. For example, you simply enjoy fixing things, electrical items either from a mechanical or electrical perspective.
