We are looking for a recent graduate, junior with no experience, for an initial 1 year temporary contract, starting November.

Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage (maximum of 8 months of Internship experience).

Job description:

Provide technical leadership and expertise in the areas of System Interaction between Printhead/Ink Supplies and Printer Hardware during quality escalation and product change management​

Analyse Field Returned products to recommend corrective actions and drive product/manufacturing improvement plans to reduce warranty returns​

Work with Customer Assurance, Hardware Partners, Product, Process Engineering and Operations to drive Customer Satisfaction improvement​

Key liaison between printer hardware and supplies operation organization to coordinate activities & communication between both organizations during quality escalations & key product change management​

Collaborate with R&D/NPI team to transfer NPI & extension products from R&D to manufacturing ​

Collaborate across HP value chain to develop and implement measures to improve product quality and factory quality system​

Applies strong analytical skills for data analysis to monitor product quality and solve escalations

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Typically 0-1 year experience.

Experience or understanding of engineering and testing tools and software packages.

Good analytical, statistics, and problem solving skills.

Basic understanding of material properties, hardware and electrical component design and manufacture, and industry quality standards and methodologies.

Preferable knowledge in programming languages, such as Python, for data analysis.

Job Description:

Manage Flagship centre calendar scheduling: assigning owners, booking resources, communicating with the requestor, move the visit from Submitted to Confirmed.
Interface with local facilities and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
Ensure a world class experience for visitors by (as appropriate) setting up rooms, creating welcome packs and printing labels for events, gathering visit feedback.

Job Description:

Creates and maintains periodic market, hub, country level reports to support business objectives.

Supports data and business analyses to develop cross Business Unit and Route to Market (RTM) long term planning activities.

Creates and maintains coverage, productivity and evolution analysis.
