Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Sr Associate/ Associate – Corporate Employee Banker – India
Job Responsibilities:
Source new accounts from the existing corporate base and deliver on meeting New-To-Bank targets.
Cross-sell asset products of the bank- mainly Home Loans (via referral), Personal Loans, Cards, Premier (referral)
Ensure the KYC/AML norms of the bank are complied with at all times.
Execute marketing events and promotions to generate business in their catchments, in conjunction with support departments such as Marketing.
Respond to Corporate Employee Programme (CEP) complaints in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
Ensure a consistently high level of product and service delivery for relevant customer touch points
Develop and maintain good customer relations and ensure effective service delivery
Use learnings from customer/area visits and discussions to sharpen the proposition and enhance
delivery and provide feedback to leadership / central teams
Comply to all relevant AML regulations & Global Standards
Develop a collaborative environment with all members of sales team
Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA with two to five years’ work exp.
Experience (preferable) in frontline customer services/ relationship management.
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Sound knowledge on the Banking sector in general
Able to communicate well in English and local languages

Developer/ Software Engineer / IT – Enterprise application integration- India
Job Description:
Work as part of an EAI (enterprise application integration) team with responsibility for IIB (IBM Integration bus) aka WMB (WebSphere message broker) delivery.
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Testers to understand& feedback for the established best practice & design/development principles.
Work with Global Enterprise/Solution Architects, Business Analysts to review end-to-end technical design.
Collaborate with various teams across geographies, external vendors for large scale global releases by being the face for IIB delivery.
Provide professional consultancy/support immediately for application teams’ queries/requests.
Work along with engineers on IIB delivery including development & deployment with good quality & on schedule.
Qualification:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Proficiency in IBM IIB/ACE (APP connect enterprise) aka WMB. IBM WMQ, IBM ITX(aka WTX) with Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services, SSL setup, FTP, and message transformation of various formats viz. XML, JSON, Flat files
Knowledge or experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) with implementation experience using ESB tools.
Knowledge and experience of Java, Spring boot and MuleSoft is a plus.
DevOps, Micro service, Restful API, Agile concepts is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in Cloud technologies adoption such as AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Splunk, Jira/Confluence, AppD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus

Developer /Senior Consultant Specialist – Production/infrastructure support – India
Job Description:
Monitor Production/Testing environment , provide level 1/2 support to ensure high performance and availability of application and Infrastructure.
DevOps experience with scripting languages (ex. Python), experience with automation tools (ex. Ansible) knowledge of version control systems (ex Git), understanding of cloud platform ( GCP ) and expertise in CI/CD pipeline is important .
Good Knowledge on Control-M/UNIX is mandatory and knowledge on DataStage/Peoplesoft will be added advantage.
Experience on Qlik Sense will have added advantage.
Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities to process improvements. Works to align best practices across production support team.
Hands on experience on Application performance management, and monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk.
Job Requirement:
knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, network protocols and file systems.
Knowledge of Incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
Maintaining space utilization statistics, forecast future space requirements.
Flexibility to provide production support on weekends on rotation basis, also should be willing to support in morning and second shift.
Role requires to ensure security vulnerabilities are addressed with priority to safeguard Application infrastructure.

CA Industrial Trainee
We are currently seeking a CA Intern to join Corporate Banking Team in Chennai
As part of the internship training, candidate to work on the following:
– To prepare quality, creditworthy business proposals for submission to the appropriate approval authorities.
– To co-ordinate with clients for financial information, security documentation, and for any other account operations related-issues.
– To liaise with various internal departments (Risk, CDT OPS, PCM, TSC, etc) and ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
– Ensure timely compliance with all FCC requirements for the portfolio.
– Co-ordinate with Mid Office and Internal Teams for ensuring account opening and KYC remediations are completed on time.
– Ensure implementation of all audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ review of the assigned portfolio.
– Recognize and escalate business and cross sell opportunities to the RMs.
– Collation of various MIS as per requirement from time to time.
Qualifications:
– CA student registered with ICAI and having completed 18 months of Articleship training
– Candidate to have the aptitude to learn various aspects of banking specifically financial analysis and credit underwriting
– Candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills
