Associate, Corporate Sales – India
Job Description:
Identify sales opportunities that address specific needs for our clients and managing from identification to point of sale and through post trade process
Service a portfolio of Strategic and/or Focus clients, including Transactional clients where required
Manage and develop relationships with transactional clients, including those serviced over e-platforms for flow based business.
Provide day to day sales coverage using the full suite of Corporate Sales offerings and support team members to do the same
Deliver services and solutions that meet client needs and where necessary leverage the bank’s depth of product expertise and Thought Leadership
Develop trusted relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and greater product penetration
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM), and Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) , to service client needs and improve share of wallet
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Analytical aptitude in accordance with demands of the role (size of the organization, business knowledge process, compliance/risk nature of the function, intensity and diversity of change, competitive landscape for resources)
Strong understanding of the Corporate Sales business, its products, clients, systems and key processes
Good understanding of Capital Markets, covering foreign exchange instruments (Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures) and interest rate derivatives and an ability to understand & manage a diverse and sometimes complex, product set
Hold relevant exams and qualifications to satisfy local and any cross border market regulations for non-advisory sales and trading activities

Tax Analyst – USA
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Tax Analyst, who will support in all aspects of tax documentation review, validation and retention.
Handle functions that support all aspects of tax documentation review, validation and retention, including quality assurance of offshore teams in the processing and review of IRS Forms W-8/W-9
Supervise and execute customer outreach in aid of the collection, processing and retention of tax documentation
Conduct daily IRS and/or state tax withholding analysis, including FATCA, NRA, and Backup, and deposit sums due to the IRS;
Communicate with customers, front-office banking personnel and Tax SMEs, as needed, to research, resolve and provide solutions to tax documentation, withholding and/or reporting issues
Assist in all aspects of tax year-end reporting, including Forms 1099/1042S, as well as filing returns 945/1042/8966, including UAT testing of related software, programs and systems and submitting files to the IRS FIRE system
Process B/C Notices, and other IRS Notices, including timely escalation to Corporate Tax where necessary
Assist in making updates to written procedures and process maps.
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in a business curriculum is a plus but not essential
1-4 years’ experience in a Tax, Compliance, Accounting, or Operations background
Strong understanding of or willingness to learn and apply the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules/regulations including: FATCA, Chapter 3/4/61 and 1099/1042s reporting
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency – intermediate to advancedKnowledge of Tax reporting software, such as 1099PRO; 1042SPRO considered a plus

Wealth Relationship Officer – USA
Job Description:
Provide a pivotal role in supporting the Wealth Relationship Manager for the banking portions of their assigned portfolio
Provide dedicated assistance in the delivery of service and support activities for both banking and wealth products, as well as in the day to day contact of clients
In instances of Wealth Relationship Manager absence you will serve as the point of contact for clients, including answer client calls, resolve enquiries and facilitate a smooth hand-off to the correct channels where appropriate
Provide sales support to licensed sales staff by preparing and completing sales documents and managing data input and report generation, generating and analyzing specialized reports on sales activities and entering orders for clients and opening new customer accounts in addition to being part of the Wealth Center team and assisting clients with their day to day banking needs through servicing
Open and close the Wealth Center, review and approve day to day banking transactions
Qualification:
Strong understanding of the brokerage and banking industry, trading opportunities and banking and brokerage products
Experience working in the financial services industry
Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities to help both clients and team members achieve their financial goals
Understanding of relationship management systems and experience managing clients
Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering practices and relevant regulatory governance in the US
