Job Requirements
Preference: Fresher. Experience candidate with maximum of 0.6-1 years in relevant field
Manage Data Analysis including but not limited to work assignment, reporting.
Ability to take a right decision after analyzing the data
Ability to collect, organize and display data in spread sheet
Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal sources to have data errors/omissions corrected.
Understand and analyze territory and customer data in local and global system.
Some amount of understanding of sales and commission payout. Work with Sales operations team to assist data preparation
Improve the process to increase accuracy of data and efficiency of the team.
Must be a Graduate – (10+2+3) – B.com/BA/BBM/BSC Preferred. MBA has an additional value.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment essential
Experience in Operations, ideally in a sales environment/Finance based org is an added advantage
Focused, self-motivated and results oriented, able to work without constant supervision
Ability to work to very tight deadlines required
Proactive nature with an ability to show initiative
Great attention to detail required
