Our basic aim is to guarantee that we have rich, up-to-date and precise information for all restaurants on our platform. We do what it takes to ensure each and every listing on. Zomato is well refined so that our users get the best information to make an informed choice.
This team sources and curates new content in addition to refining the content that is already present on our platform. It’s definitely a tough job given the large number of users and restaurants we have on our platform. However, it is one that helps you make an immediate impact on our product and users, the more you contribute, the more informative and crisp our platform will be!

As a Content Executive,
- You will be a part of core content team of Zomato and will help in sourcing, curating and updating content across all platforms
- Ensure that all the information a user requires to make a decision about their restaurant preference is available
- Responsible for collecting data through primary research which involves field assignments also
- Please note that this is not a writing intensive profile
- 12 months contract subject to renewal basis performance
Requirements:
Here’s what we are looking for
- Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm and thinking on the feet
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours as in when there is a business need
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Someone who understands our audience
- Willing to commute and visit restaurants whenever required
- Fresh graduate from any major
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of Ms Office
Your typical day as a Zoman will look like
• Collect, curate and update information about restaurants and build a strong product base for Zomato
• Execute quality check of the data on our website to ensure that information is accurate
• Look out for new restaurants in the city and ensure the website is updated
• You will be required to collect comprehensive information including menus and photos by visiting restaurants.
• Take up project to enrich information for particular sets of key restaurants based on different user and content health metrics
