Process Executive Sales Support
Job Description:
* You support the sales team in the preparation of offers, contract documents and evaluations,
• You are responsible for the correct and timely flow of documents,
• You feel comfortable and secure with all communication channels, e-mail, chat and telephone
• You process customer inquiries and support the sales team in completing them successfully
• You are in constant contact with the sales managers in order to process their inquiries efficiently and purposefully
Qualification:
• You have experience in customer service and ideally in contract processing.
• Commercial training is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You are characterized by language skills and very good expressiveness.
• Even in hot phases, you work in a structured, self-organized and absolutely reliable manner.
• You have experience and enjoy communicating with customers.
• You are ready to quickly and conscientiously familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written German.
