Process Trainee
Job Description:
Follow training instructions at all times along with the organization rules, and policy guidelines in order to meet compliance requirements
Ensure preparation, progress and commitment in form of attendance, assignments, practice-work, evaluations to the prescribed courseware milestones as guided by the process trainers and domain leads
Complete required training hours and clear evaluation benchmarks set
Report any deviations and / or inability to follow instructions, course guidance immediately to respective trainers to plan alternate or corrective action
Perform any administrative tasks of assistance by the trainers, course supervisors
Participate in meetings, workshops and team-building events as necessary
Practical Experience
Participate in projects available to gain practical and relevant work experience in the relevant domain and industry
Takes initiative to share ideas and opportunities of improvement if any, within scope of training and domain course ware
Completing all parameters as indicated in the training course ware
Participate and contribute on the job training (OJT) as available based on postings to obtain experience on client specific processes and client-environments.
Knowledge Management
Submits all coursework practical, evaluations, ideas and report write-ups, experiences in order to facilitate capture of tacit knowledge
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
