Flipkart is hiring Quality executive/Quality assurance/Quality control for 1 year contract in Flipkart Grocery for Mumbai location.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate , Preferred BFT (Food technology),Bsc food technology,MSc food, BE/Btech food.
Experience/Knowledge in Groceries/Fruits and veg (Preferred): 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: 21 in hand salary
Location: Vidhya Vihar

6) Analytical skills ( Root cause analysis techniques 5 why , Fishbone diagram, Flowcharts, Graph/ Charts mapping knowledge , Pivot tables
7) Multiple task management skills:
Role Dimensions:
1) Execution Ensure process adherence through process audits and drive closure of observations and NC
Manage all customer escalations which is routed to FC
2) Conduct audits on 5S and Fish
3) Identify and drive improvement projects
4) Conduct Lab tests for Groceries
5) Inventory audits for Groceries product quality
6) To interact with other functions (e.g. Business development, Customer support, etc.), if required, to collect data to keep check over the processes
7) To ensure process audits are carried out as per plan and.
8) Working knowledge of basic sampling schemes & standard.
9) Conduct and document process and product audits using written procedures as audit standards.
10) Shall actively be involved in Root Cause Analysis of customer complaints and initiating corrective / preventive actions through operations.
11) To maintain the Quality Audit metrics required to ensure the effectiveness of the new and the old processes
12) To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.
13) To drive the whole framework till the closure.
14) Willingness to work in night shifts
