Front End Engineer – USA
Job Description:
• Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test mobile and desktop web software applications or systems
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
• Implement features and user interfaces to optimize performance of user-facing products
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field. Position also requires completion of a university-level course/research project/internship/thesis, or 6 months of experience in the following:
• JavaScript and React
• Web technologies: HTML and CSS
• Writing reusable and high-performance user interface components
• Architectural design for complex front-end systems
• Performance debugging and benchmarking
• Building web applications
• Implementing automated testing for front-end code
