Analytics Agent – NCR
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up, research through various sources gather the AR data of (Line of sight, Superbill info, Billing average, Posting cheques, EFTs (Electronic fund transfer), Self-pay data, Collection trends as per various slices, Touches data for claims, days elapsed since placement, Denial info, Payer-Provider-contract info & Charge-master data.
Aggregate the AR data from various sources into templates as per the defined standards and client requirements.
Escalate and report any missing information or risks in missing data timely.
Knowledge / Experience: Previous Analyst or MIS or Reporting experience in US Healthcare Provider domain specifically Hospital RCM· Data Analysis experience·
Experience of Min 1 -3 years
Qualifications : Grad (Technical)
Proficient in Excel macros, VLOOKUPs, Hyperlinks.
Six Sigma Yellow belt certification will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Tableau or BI or similar Analytics tools will be an added advantage.
Data Science or MFDM knowledge is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
