Junior Data Engineer
We are looking for graduates willing to accelerate in the digital space to bridge the gap between Business and IT. In this job we will teach you to master the role of a data driven developer, meaning that you are working on and realizing all aspects related to modern data platforms, and able to translate platform needs based on business requirements. You are motivated and passionate about big data, data warehouses, data quality, and data governance.

Prior to starting your first client engagement, you will attend a three weeks induction program in Spain to get a solid understanding of Cognizant’s culture and processes.
Requirement:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in analytic/data intensive subject area, preferably in ICT, Mathematics, Business Administration.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ambitious and curious to research new developments
Affinity with coding. E.g. Python, Node.js, etc… either professionally or as a private interest.
Ability to work with global project teams and Autonomously prioritizing multiple tasks
Good social and communication skills
Fluency in Dutch and English (preferably also French)
Nil or Maximum 1 year work experience
You are authorized and eligible to work freely in the EU
