Job Description:
Innovating and implementing cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvement ideas of moderate scope through EPDP processes. This includes applying electronic tools across a broad range of applications, including e-builds, modeling, and simulations.
Coordinating work based upon new model program needs such as facility changes, plan for every part, tooling requirement, design for manufacturing, supporting physical builds and start of production
Establishing routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for new programs of moderate scope.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience
Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, power systems, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with salaried and wage personnel in a team environment.
Experience with shop floor documentation (sequence of events, labor standards, and operator method sheets)
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience or knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities
Proficiency in software programs: MPPlanner, Visview, Microsoft Office, AMES, Smart Factory and shop floor suite, and SAP
Experience with line design and work measurement
Experience with torque tooling and fixture design
