SUPERVISOR ACCOUNTS

• Knowledge of Investment Accounting
• Bank reconciliation
• Banking GST Tax Invoice Reconciliation with Books
• Booking and reconciliation of transactions with Inter company
• Person should be well versed with Excel and SAP

Qualification

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Experience : 0 – 3 years
• Finance & Accounting

Supervisor- Accounts Payable-P2P 

• Sound knowledge in accounts and finance like- Invoice processing, payments, reconciliation, preparation of schedules, preparation of BRS, Inter company accounting
• Preferably work experience in SAP ,
• Knowledge on Indian accounting concepts and tax concepts- both Direct tax and Indirect tax
• Vendor management and Bank Guarantee process and Material management
• Skills and experience in working on compliances and tools of invoice processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be responsible for day to day operations, adhering to meet SLA/TAT. Responsible for handling escalations from client’s side. Coordinating with client for day to day operations.
• check, control and plan for invoice processing, booking and payments on day-to-day basis and also co-ordinate with process initiators for solving the queries and responsible to resolve queries from client on accounting of bills & payments.

Qualification

Finance & Accounts

• Verify, process, and code invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, matching three-way where applicable.
• Prepare payment runs (e.g., bank transfers, cheques), monitor vendor accounts, and reconcile statements monthly.
• Respond to vendor queries, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate supplier records including tax details.
• Prepare aging reports, cash forecasts, and collection performance metrics for management review
• Resolve billing disputes with customers and sales teams, while training staff and ensuring process efficiency
