Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
University degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering or equivalent
A solid knowledge of farming practices or a farming background would be beneficial
Proficient communication and moderation skills, team player attitudes in a multicultural environment
Ability to deal with challenging situations facing distributors and end customers while preserving relationships and company interests
Capability of precise technical writing
You have good analytical, conceptual and process-related skills
You demonstrate a distinctive solution orientation, while quality and pragmatism are not mutually exclusive for you
Fluent English skills with an excellent faculty of expression in word and writing
Experience in using the PC and the common computer systems (MS-Office)
Readiness and willingness for flexible work hours and international travel (<25%)
Professional experience within different functional areas of the tractor like: mechanics, hydraulics, electrics/electronics
Experience in related areas of agriculture
High degree of self-initiative / self-motivation as well as structured thinking
Independent and solution-oriented way of working / thinking
Additional languages – e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in conflict resolution
Capability to act in and lead teams in a multidisciplinary environment
