This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, forward thinking and experienced Agricultural Customer and Product Support Specialist to be part of one of the worlds most respected companies as they transform to become a leader in smart industrial. You will play a key role in partnering with our dealerships to develop their product support capabilities, service management and profitability strategies. In addition, you will drive product and performance issue resolution with dealers and customers while managing the Customer Experience. This is a true trusted advisor role, where coaching and guiding dealer customer and product support initiatives are critical to the success of the role.
Highly developed communication and relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility, engage and influence at all levels
Excellent planning and organisational skills with a reputation for delivery
Extensive knowledge of technical off highway engineering
Field experience with regular customer contact and knowledge of dealer/distribution networks.
Practical experience with John Deere Machinery and Equipment will be highly desired
