Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Complaints Analyst I will be responsible for maintaining the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and controls to ensure that all complaints are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards.
This individual will review documentation from incoming calls, faxes, and emails from all areas of the world.
This individual will also obtain adequate information to ensure proper documentation, investigation (including product testing), and closure of each complaint, in order to make and document sound regulatory reporting decisions/justifications for worldwide reporting.
The individual applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results, and follows operations through a series of related detailed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree completed
Preferably with 0 to 2 to years of quality, manufacturing, or regulatory experience in medical devices or other regulated industry.
Preferably American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification, Six Sigma experience, and/or knowledge of Process Excellence tools.
Critical thinking and investigation skills are required.
Ability to multitask, including ability to understand customer requirements, retrieve relevant information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required. Candidates should be familiar with general quality management system concepts, including good documentation practice (GDP), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and document change control practices.

Associate Scientist, Lentivirus Downstream Process Development – United States
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct small scale lentiviral vector production process development using material from mammalian cell culture.
Purification techniques will include depth filtration, affinity and/or Ion exchange (IEX) chromatography, and tangential flow filtration (TFF), sterile filtration etc
Performing a range of viral vector process characterization studies to support process performance qualification (PPQ) and regulatory filing.
Assist the process technical transfer to manufacturing site as needed
Design, execute, analyze data and draft reports for studies
Stay current with relevant literature and evaluate new emerging technologies in viral vector production, incorporating them into processes as appropriate
The candidate is expected to work in a team environment as well as individually to meet project timeline and objective.
Ensure data integrity through accurate and timely data capture/entry into appropriate electronic systems
Qualifications:
B.S. or master’s degree in biology, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, Virology, or a related scientific field is required

Job Responsibilities
Receive, process and deliver all non-stock purchases for internal employees
Receive, unpack, and warehouse incoming materials and supplies
Check in-coming goods against documentation, disposition
Sort and count materials, supplies and finished goods as needed
Pick and pack material for shipment
Prepare necessary documents for shipping goods for domestic customers
May perform kitting, labeling, or other duties prior to shipping products
May be required to operate a forklift or other loading/stacking heavy equipment
Perform data entry utilizing RF scanners and/or ERP data system interface
Support stock room and finished goods assembly activity as needed
Interplant deliveries utilizing company vehicle

Qualifications:
