The AAE will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.

Analyst, Government Rebate Operations
The Analyst, Government Rebate Operations will report to the Team Lead, Medicaid Operations and will oversee the critical operational aspects of Medicaid Payments. The Analyst will provide oversight on all issues relating to rebate analysis and payments, adjudication of such payments on a timely basis and resolution of any disputes on rebate claims. They are required to stay fully informed of any new regulatory or Government rule changes as it relates to States, Medicaid and Government Programs. They will partner with State and/or 3rd Party State vendors/agencies to efficiently & accurately process multiple types of invoices for Medicaid and other Government Programs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in business discipline or related field is required.

Qualification:

Field Service Engineer – Australia
The Field Service Engineer is tasked with ensuring high customer satisfaction through relationship-building and problem analysis to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities include performing core service and repair activities—such as installation, maintenance, software upgrades, and decommissioning—according to customer service agreements.
The role also involves troubleshooting and consulting on equipment installation, addressing customer-reported technical problems, and preventing future operational issues.
Qualification:
Degree qualified in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronic, Robotic), or a Trade/Vocational Certified Service/Electrical Technician, and a valid driver licence.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within medical devices, the ability to travel locally and interstate as required and be available to work outside of office hours and on weekends occasionally.
