Job Responsibilities:

Create Legal Document packages for maintenance request received from client’s
Verify and assess the requirements of the clients to ascertain the right documentation requirements.
Assist with training documents and training staff on new and revised processes. Implement a control function platform, maintain procedure documents and help facilitate control-centric environment
Liaise with cross line of business partners to achieve first time right mindset at all times
Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business, act as an point of contact for queries/clarification from Client Service Associates and some cross department issues.
Responsible for decision making about the handling of various types of scenarios critical for the business and for accuracy and timely completion of the package creation process within the stipulated time and SLA.
Comply with set guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations; work as a team to achieve SLA’s for the process and personal targets.
Execute tasks assigned in a timely manner
Take lead on process improvement and automation
Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision
Have a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that have impact on process or to the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and experience of 1 or 2 years of experience.
Fresher’s can also apply with perquisite academic qualification.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong knowledge of bank control policies and standards
People management skills with proven ability to develop, manage, coach and motivate the team.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaborate, partner and work in a team environment
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills.
Thorough understanding of the legal language to interpret the documents provided and impact to the Firm
Preferred experience in middle or back office operations
Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communications skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Excellent client focus and customer care working practices

Operations – Future & Options Client Servicing – Analyst – Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

End to end owner of the F&O trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery/training to the client
Partner with client to understand business and service needs. Validate client requirements vs service offered and implement support processes
Review Client specific quality MIS and key performance indicators (KPI), feedback to client and resolve issues.
Responsible for managing and maintaining client BAU activity (mainly T and T+1 based)
T+1 Client Exception Capture / Matching and trade input

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Operations / F&O Operations / Client Servicing within the financial services industry is required
Prior experience with Alteryx and Macro is highly preferred
