Job Description:

Support BMs and BMAs in partnership with industry and regional group heads via operational workstreams related to data maintenance and client transfers between lines of business
Provide support across various reporting requests, ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for various data management submission/maintenance activities
Engage with key business partners such as client service, KYC, marketing, credit, investment banking, and additional lines of business to gather input, insights, and data, that feeds into reporting leveraged by senior management
Assist with select CCBSI-wide Business Management efforts under the direction of BMs and BMAs
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions

Qualifications:

Client Data Specialist – KYC – India

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD)
Compare and contrast differences within KYC records, highlight and escalate any discrepancies
Engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline
Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality)
Ability to interpret alerts to management when applicable

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree
Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in Compliance, Corporate KYC, AML, and Screening
Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership, and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time

Immigration Right to Work Analyst – UK

Job Description:

As a Immigration Right to Work Analyst in Corporate Employee Digital & Service Experience Team, you will support all aspects of operational processes behind the employment life-cycle for J.P. Morgan employees, and align under the EMEA Right to Work team. You will work closely in partnership with the Firm’s external immigration consultants and will support local offices and in-country HR teams across the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for ensuring continuing compliance to local Government regulations throughout the employee life-cycle including administration of Right To Work verifications for all EMEA & UK based employees at both the new hire stage as well as ongoing visa tracking and closely monitoring any reportable job changes during the employee life-cycle e.g. job change, transfers etc. You should be confident in an employee facing role with strong attention to detail.

Qualification:
