Job Description
Deliver client services working closely with partners in Finance, Risk, Technology across different locations to ensure integrity and accuracy of J.P. Morgan’s financial information
Validate and reconcile data obtained from financial reporting systems and databases
Support project management in line with Agile/ Scrum methodology
Assist in data testing with regards to various implementation projects in Finance
Identify simplification and improvement opportunities for processes within current operating model
Ensure that appropriate controls for processes are available and up to date
Qualification:
Final year Student or Recent Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Big data, Computer Science
Fluency in English
Understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement (ideally in banking environment)
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Genuine interest in Finance and Technology
Nice to have:
Previous professional experience would be an advantage
Familiarity with automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor, Automation Anywhere), reporting tools (Tableau, Smartview/Essbase), project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) or programming skills (VBA, SQL, Python, R) would be an advantage.
The duration of the internship is 9 weeks with possibility to convert the internship into a full-time job.
The start of the internship is planned for July 2022
