Client Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement of KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Handle and maintain confidential client documentation.
Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer
Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD),
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and
Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD)
Review of client data/processes to meet firm wide quality standards
Interpret alerts and communicating to management when applicable
Engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree.
Knowledge of KYC is essential with at least 4 years experience (Audit, Control, Risk, AML, and
Research may also be areas of experience)
Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data
Client focused with great customer engagement skills
Experience in adhering to controls and compliance standards

Margin and Collateral – Operations Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Perform Daily Margin Exchange – Same day Settlement and Exception management.
Perform Portfolio Reconciliation and Collateral Dispute Management.
Perform MTM Breaks: Including data quality, strategic projects, etc.
Focus on deep dive and fixing on upstream issues to keep the breaks to minimum.
Resolve breaks with Middle Offices, Credit risk, VCG, etc.
Play a key role in regulatory compliance CFTC, EMIR, NCMR, etc.
Improve controls in the process & ensure 100% accuracy and compliance to Regulatory rules.
Perform UAT testing.
Participate in strategic automation projects.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post-Graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in operations.
Familiarity with Capital Markets & OTC Derivatives i.e. Investment Banking, including OTC product, process and system knowledge.
Ability to drive results through a “hands-on” approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adapt at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization.
Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access.
Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one’s own and team’s work to achieve goals.
Flexibility to work global hours.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience on OTC Confirmations, Collateral Management and Reconciliation platforms will be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:
Perform valuation specific research using Borrower provided financial documents & prior Appraisal Reports.
Analyze subject property data from county websites and other public domains.
Compare & validate data to address any discrepancies.
Perform data entry and analysis of Appraisal reports for credit comparable.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures and quality control standards set for the process and familiarity with various loan documents, financial statements and reports.
Lead, Manage and Motivate the teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting, Master in Finance.
Minimum 1 year of experience experiences in Banking/Mortgage/Appraisal Support/Pre-underwriting.

As a Commercial Real Estate Inspections Quality Analyst in our Portfolio Management Services and Valuation Services Group, you will provide a concentrated focus on the proper execution of production support for Property Inspection related activities. This role is key in supporting daily tracking of loans that require ordering Inspection announcements or Appraisal due to annual downgrading of the subject property. You will work closely with senior partners to ensure high visibility and awareness of job progress.
Job responsibilities:
Analyze subject property data and quality control/audit of property inspections reports.
Compare & validate data to address any discrepancies.
Perform data entry and analysis of Appraisal reports as needed.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures and quality control standards set for the process.

Work with Strong Root Cause Analysis / Auditing skills about Appraisal Reports and key terms is desired.
