As a Graduate / Junior Engineer, you will support the engineering team by performing specific and limited portions of broader assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers. Qualifications

Graduate – Visualization Specialist

Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, Film & Media Production, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Basic familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Exposure to 3D software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender is an advantage
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentation and proposal production
• Understanding of core design principles including layout, typography, and color theory
